Nepal Rises have carried out repair work to fourteen (14) classrooms in two (2) buildings, by strengthening the masonry walls. Also, a new staircase was constructed to provide a safe evacuation route. Two (2) toilet blocks were constructed and a water filtration system was implemented to ensure the students have access to safe drinking water.
The work at Kalyani Devi was started in October 2016 and completed in February 2017.After the feedbacks of DLPIU in the monitoring visit on March,2017, back walls of the two (2) buildings were repaired.
